Last night was a fun adventure. Went to New York for New Years which was as packed as you might think. After walking around for hours we decided to go to Times Square where they put you in pens like cattle to watch the ball drop. We jumped a few of the barricades to get closers but when I lost the people I went with I got bored and decided to leave. At that point I wandered around New York by myself and found the new years party Jennings was at, dodged the $120 cover charge, danced on broken glass, and enjoyed an open bar before ending up at the owners apartment. Luckily for me he didn’t know that I didn’t pay to go to his party. I was only there for a few hours until I had to go catch my train and as I got there I ran into my friends I was with which is good because all of our phones were completely dead. Then I lived happily ever after. It may not have been the ideal New York on new years experience but it was awesome and sketchy. So judge me. Words of advice, don’t go to Times Square for New Years unless you are going to get there super early and don’t go to the Empire State Building because there are shorter lines, its cheaper and I believe to be a better view from the top of the rock.
